Let's Do This Together

Let’s unpack the construct of motherhood & learn strategies to support realistic & affirming ideals of mothering, regardless of whether we have children. Explore with us the romanticism of motherhood and the vilification of people who are childfree (whether it’s by choice or not). An exploration of white culture parenting in our childhoods, the demands and expectations of mothering children, perfectionism, and toxic beliefs imbedded in mothering. Plus, the judgment and stigma placed on those with children (especially by choice) as well as a place to explore questions.

Who Is This For?

Anyone who is 18 years & older who wants to unpack the construct of motherhood.

We encourage you to come with an open mind and willingness to explore new ideas and/or sensitive topics. There will be no shaming or insulting anyone for their decisions around children. This is, instead, a supportive place for people of all types of backgrounds.
