I highly recommend this course! The breakout groups were such a wonderful part of the course, this work is what you put into it. Some groups were more talkative and others were quieter. Both were beneficial, I listened in the more active groups and in the quieter groups pushed me out of my comfort zone to have honest and uncomfortable conversations about excuses I use to avoid the work. Monique is such a wonderful person to listen to, her insights and lessons are so well structured on each topic. Very excited for her next course.

It's hard to know where to start when I am a white teacher working with a highly diverse classroom. This class and Monique helped me understand my role in my community, and I am absolutely going to start these conversations by asking questions mentioned in this class. A great resource to review right before a new school year. Thanks Monique, I'll be back for more!
