Monique Melton

Educator, Author, Founder of Shine Bright School

Monique Melton is an educator, published author, international speaker and host of the Shine Brighter Together podcast. She is also the founder of the Shine Bright School and Shine Brighter Together Community, which is a community dedicated to healthy relationships & Black liberation. She has been featured in Forbes, Fast Company, NBC, and more for her expertise.

Nova Reid

Thought Leader, TED Speaker, Author and Producer

Nova Reid is incredibly curious and absolutely fascinated by human behavior. Once described as a human geographer, she is a writer, producer, and TED speaker. Nova is the curator of courageous conversations on and off-stage that encourage us to be less racist, more courageous, and a lot more human. Happily married and an avid collector… of shoes. Cares deeply about healing. And her absolute favorite place to be is in the water, preferably swimming in the Caribbean Sea.
