Unlearning Perfectionism: Returning to Wholeness
Course Description
Perfectionism is not a personality trait. It is a survival strategy many of us learned in systems that told us our worth must be earned. It is how we tried to find safety, belonging, and approval within the conditions of white supremacy, capitalism, and patriarchy.
This 8-session course guides you through naming where perfectionism shows up, understanding its systemic roots, and practicing what it means to return to wholeness. We move through this work together with community, embodiment, creativity, and truth-telling.
You will be invited to rest, reflect, release, and rebuild new rhythms that honor your humanity. This work is grounded in Black feminist thought, Black queer creativity, and embodied collective care.
